NEW CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS SYSTEM ANNOUNCED |

A new championship points system has been designed and implemented to give a fairer points allocation to horses nominated in all Championship Series events.
This points system is particularly important for second instances of races. Owners that were nominated for the first instance felt that they were prejudiced when a smaller field in the second instance received the same amount of points. We are also trying to increase the participation by members in the series and by doing so enhance your enjoyment of competing in larger fields.
Two points are allocated to every horse nominated. These two points have been included in the table below.
The table below shows the points that are allocated to a placing according to the number of nominations in the race:
