All Graphics Cards incorporate different features and functionality as such we cannot prescribe the optimal setting for your particular Graphics Card and would recommend contacting our call center. We have tested the Enhanced Race Viewer on a variety of Graphics Cards some of which are listed below. We would also recommend that you download and install the latest drivers for your respective Graphics Card.

 
If you have one of the following graphics cards, please ensure the settings are as detailed below:

If you have a graphics card not on this list, but are concerned about the performance of your graphics card, please contact our call center. DigiTurf.com will endeavor to investigate the optimal card settings for your type of card. Any findings will be posted to the Trouble Shooting guide.
 
Mobility Radeon ATI 32 mb (Laptop)
To ensure your graphics card has the correct settings, please follow these instructions:
1. On your desktop, right click and select Properties.
2. Select the Settings tab.
3. Click on the Advanced button to open the ATI settings panel. You will see the following:
   
   
4. Click on the OpenGL Tab to get to the OpenGL settings page, as follows.
   
   
5. On the OpenGL page, ensure that the following settings are ticked:
 
  a. Convert 32 bit textures to 16 bit
  b. Enable page flipping
  c. Disable dithering when alpha blending
  d. Enable KTX buffer region extension
  e. Force 16-bit Z-buffer
  f. Enable texture compression
Ensure that the following are disabled:
  g. Full scene anti-aliasing
  h. Anisotropic texture filtering
Ensure that the Level of Detail is Sharp.
6. Click OK to apply the settings.

TNT2 Model 64 (32MB)
To ensure your graphics card has the correct settings, please follow these instructions:
1. On your desktop, right click and select Properties.
2. Select the Settings tab.
3. Click on the Advanced button, and you will see the following screen:
   
   
4. Click on the Tab called ‘TNT2 Model 64’ to see the specifications off the graphics card.
5. Click on the ‘Additional Properties….’ Button, and you will see the following screen:
   
   
6. The default tab is OpenGL Settings. On this tab, ensure that the following ‘Performance and Compatibility Options’ are set:
   
   
7. Set ‘Default color depth for Textures’ to ‘Always use 16 bpp’
8. Set ‘Buffer-flipping mode’ to ‘Auto-select’
9. Set ‘Vertical sync’ to ‘On by default’
10. Set ‘Anisotropic Filtering’ to ‘Disabled’
11. Click on OK to apply the settings.

GForce3 Ti 200
To ensure your graphics card has the correct settings, please follow these instructions:
1. On your desktop, right click and select Properties.
2. Select the Settings tab.
3. Click on the Advanced button; you will be presented with a page with numerous Tabs. Click on the Tab ‘GeForce3 Ti 200’ and you will see the following:
   
   
4. Click on the ‘Additional Properties’ button.

On the next page, click on the ‘3D Antialiasing Settings’ tab and ensure that:

  • ‘Manually select the antialiasing mode’ is selected.
  • Select the Off ( no antialiasing ) option.

Note: This is a suggested setting which will result in poorer quality rendering but will improve the performance of your card. You can experiment using the other options as these may produce better results.

6. Click on the ‘OpenGLSettings’ tab to see the following:
   
   
7. On this page, ensure the following:
 
  • ‘Performance and Compatibility Options’ are set as follows:
 
  • Set ‘Default color depth for Textures’ to ‘Always use 16 bpp’
  • Set ‘Buffer-flipping mode’ to ‘Auto-select’
  • Set ‘Vertical sync’ to ‘On by default’
  • Set ‘Anisotropic Filtering’ to ‘Disabled’
8. Click on the Hardware Options tab and ensure that ‘Manually select your AGP rate’ is not checked. See below.
